We are not VAT registered and therefore do not charge you VAT, this is great as it keeps your costs down and you have no extra charges at the end of the job.
All of our work comes with a 12 month guarantee. This includes all parts and labour.
We aim to be to you within 30 minutes, unless a better time is more convinient. If that is the case we will get you booked in when best suited for you.
Yes we will always aim to repair your locks if possible to keep your costs down. This is why we always aim to open your locks using non-destructive techniques.
Yes you can choose from many different style locks as well as different levels of security locks.
Yes we can arrange a day and time that suits you. whether that be a weekday or weekend. We work 365 days of the year so will always be able to get the best date for you.
Yes we can advise you on the current security level of your home or workplace and also offer our expert knowledge of what could be done to further enhance your security.
Yes we stock locks that conform the British Standards. Please advise us if you need your locks to be insurance compliant. We always advise all your locks are insurance approved as this can default your insurance if they are not.
The names of the locksmiths that will attend your property will be either Charlie or Steven. We are local independent locksmiths and not part of a national company.
Yes we both carry photo ID so please do not hesitate to ask to see them if this makes you feel more comfortable. We are both police checked for peace of mind.
Yes we are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Yes we offer both residential and commercial locksmith services.
There are some circumstances where we will need to make a return visit to your property. This may be due to a certain part needing to be ordered in. This is very rare as we stock a large variety or parts. If we do need to make a return visit, do not worry you will not be charged twice.
Yes we can. We can attend your new property to change or upgrade your locks accordingly. This way you have piece of mind your the only one with keys to your new property.
